The multimedia project "Citta Verticale" brings together composer Robert HP Platz, visual artist Ute Krafft and programmer Michael Rogulla to create an immersive and interactive experience.

Krafft captures the hands of flutist Roberto Fabbriciani in various gestures, using advanced medical materials to preserve the artistic essence of the musician. These sculptures will be displayed in the foyer after the concert. A live recording of the making of the hand sculpture will be broadcast over a backdrop of a screen bathed in shades of blue during the concert.

Platz will compose a 15-minute piece for a flute inspired by the urban sounds of a virtual city. The piece will be played live on stage by a flutist. In addition, the composed feeds will not only be played back centrally via loudspeakers, as is traditionally the case, but interactively in a completely decentralised manner by the audience via their mobile phones using the app developed by Rogulla.
